Heroine is a lifestyle blog for the bold and fearless wo(man) who walks to the beat of their own drum. A wo(man) who wants to take the driver’s seat in their life instead of taking the backseat approach. This person believes that taking their life into their own hands is most important. A person who is a nonconformist towards beauty standards, health, and spirituality. This person simply carries out their research takes heed to the information and makes wellness decisions based on what works and feels right to their soul.

As humans, we each have some, if not most of the same issues we are all dealing with. From health struggles to emotional woes. While these ailments can seem daunting, and feel as though you’ll never reach the finish line.  You may even feel isolated and alone in your journey as you struggle with a particular “condition”  you may have.

Well, there’s this thing called “Collective Consciousness” it refers to structures of the unconscious mind which are shared among beings of the same species. So on some level, we are all experiencing similar things.

There are people who choose to reclaim their power back from their condition whether it be from their mind, body, or health.  These people have chosen to be the HERO of their lives. The one pivotal difference between those who are heroes and those who aren’t– is that that person has failed to realize the power that they hold within.

Once this is realized, that person is on their way to healing– spiritually, mentally, and emotionally; becoming a true heroine or hero. Throughout this journey, you will realize this– everything you needed was right there inside of you.
